Bus Manufacturing Line Case Study

Producing a bus requires a number of processes, including welding, painting, assembling and testing, all of which requires the right equipment. JDSK is proud to offer this equipment, and we offer 4 different lines used for bus manufacturing. Shown below are a few coach manufacturing lines we’ve provided for our customers.

In March 2016, an automobile manufacturer in Guangxi came to us, wanting to add a coach manufacturing line to their factory due to the increase in market demands. This coach manufacturing line needed to include a coach welding line, a coach assembly line and a coach testing line. After communicating with them, JDSK visited the factory, and sent a tentative coach production solution to the customer. After confirmation, it took 6 months for production and installation, and finally, in December of 2016, the coach manufacturing line was officially put into use. We later returned to the customer for feedback, and earned their praise, as the equipment was still running in top condition.
