Light Duty and Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing Line Case Study

Producing a light duty or heavy duty truck requires a number of processes, including welding, painting, assembly and testing- all of which require a specialized manufacturing line. JDSK offers these manufacturing lines, and can customize them according to customer requirements for both light and heavy duty trucks. The following are a few examples of truck manufacturing lines we’ve provided for customers.

In June 2017, an automobile manufacturer from Hubei came to us, requesting that JDSK visit their factory and customize a pickup manufacturing line, including a welding line, painting line, assembly line, and testing line based on their factory conditions. After visiting the customer’s location, we customized a full solution, and put it to the client for confirmation before production. Once we received that confirmation, it took only 6 months to both produce and install this assembly line, and the production line was officially put into use in December of 2017. We then returned to the company requesting feedback, and received great feedback about the equipment performance.

In June 2017, an automobile manufacturer in Jiayuguan came to our factory. After this visit, we entered into a cooperative agreement with them for a truck manufacturing assembly line and a truck production testing line. We customized a full solution for their needs, based on their specific factory layout. After 6 months of production and installation, in December of 2017, the manufacturing and testing lines were put into use. In Mach of 2108, we returned to the company for feedback, and learned all equipment was still running in an optimal performance.

In October 2017, an automobile manufacturer in Algeria came to JDSK for the customization of a cargo truck manufacturing assembly and testing line. To determine what would best meet the customer’s needs, JDSK visited their factory in November of 2017, and determined the right solution based on the customer’s factory layout. In May of 2018, after 7 months of production, installation, and free training, these lines were officially put into use. We paid a return visit later to determine how well the equipment was working, and were told everything was working exceptionally well.
