SUV Assembly Line Case Study
This is JDSK’s car assembly line for an SUV car manufacturer in Lanzhou. The SUV car assembly line includes the following parts, and the customized capacity is 20,000 cars/year.
- Trim line
With a slat conveyor line, the trim line will assemble automotive trim.
- High line
With an EMS line, the high line is used to install the engine, automatic transmission, suspension, axle, tire and many other parts.
- Final assembly line
With a slat assembly line, the line will complete final assembly.
